    • During the fall semester I have taught a graduate course at JHU, "On the wave and the Schrödinger equations on manifolds with boundary", based on my reasearche during my PhD thesis. The main part of the course dealt with the construction of a counterexample to the Strichartz estimates for the wave equation inside a bounded and smooth domain of R^d. We have detailed only the case of the Friedlander's model domain. In the last part of the course we gave some applications of the Strichartz estimates to the critical wave equation in bounded domains with boundary: in this part we have followed closely the paper : "Global existence for the energy critical waves in 3D domains" by N.Burq , G.Lebeau and F.Planchon.
