OPTIMAL TRANSPORT AND GEOMETRIC PDE's
June 15-18, 2006
Laboratoire J.A. Dieudonné
Université de Nice Sophia Antipolis
Aims and scopes
Recently, the Canberra School beautifully contributed to a smooth approach for optimal transport equations . We will thus take advantage of Neil Trudinger's one month
stay at Nice in June 2006 to gather a panel of world-wide optimal transport experts and young researchers, for a state of the art meeting, featuring the latest ideas in optimal transport at the frontier of analysis, geometry and physics.
The conference will launch a two-year exchange program (EGIDE) in geometric analysis, between Canberra and six french mathematical departments (org. DELANOE at Nice).
